One of my hobbies

Hello to everyone, I hope you are very well, today I will talk about one of my ... I think you can say hobby.

I don't know why but since I was about twelve years old I have shown a strange interest in mysterious or scary things, which is very strange because I am very fearful, so it is not like I avoid this type of thing, quite the opposite . I think I started with the typical creepypastas, like "jeff the killer", "slenderman" and things like that, I also watched a lot of horror game streams, like "Amnesia", "Outlast" or "Dead by Daylight". 

A little older I began to be interested in unsolved cases, or all kinds of mysteries, like UFOs, ghosts, haunted places and all that kind of thing. Although it is not that today I am an expert in all these topics, it is simple fun, today I do not look for and do not inform myself about so many "mysteries" that are happening or have happened in the history of humanity, only when I find one that really interests me and catches me. 

However, now I have a better computer and I hardly knew that I could, I started playing many games that I saw in the streams when I was younger, currently I keep playing dead by daylight.

Write and Read

 Hello everyone, today I will tell you a little about two of the things that I really like to do: write and read.

I like to read since I was about twelve years old when a friend lent me "The fault in our stars" and from there I started to read mostly teenagers books, although I have also read very good horror books, like "The Shining" or "It", the truth is I am not closed to any genre of books, although if I am reading a book from another genre and it bores me, I tend to go back to a teenagers books, I think it is because it is easier and faster to read.

As for writing, it is something that helps me a lot to express myself and liberate myself. I think it is something very healing for me, however, it is not something that I do every day, it has to come out naturally, although there are times where I have many things in my mind of what I could write but it makes me lazy hahaha. It also helps me when I am thinking a lot about something unnecessarily, until I write how I feel about it and then my mind is at peace. Although my relationship with writing is not constant, I remember that I liked to write when I was eleven, then at fourteen and since last year I started writing again (now I am twenty) and I hope not to stop doing it.

My Best Vacations

Personally, I consider myself a winterist person, I don't like heat, sweat or burn my face with the sun, I think it's unbearable and even if I'm almost naked I'm still going to be hot. On the other hand, I think that winter for me is conrtadictoriously warm, I really enjoy cold and rainy days, there is nothing like rainy days.

Perhaps one of the best vacations I have had was in the winter of 2015, because with my family we spent a week in Carahue which is a place near Temuco and almost every day it was rainy, we also toured the nearby places with very beautiful landscapes.
Then we went to the country, where my father was born, every year we go there, especially in summer, but that winter was very beautiful, because I also took my camera and I was able to take very good photos that I keep to this day, it would not be the best. Even if it had been summer since the landscape is different and I think that the environment a little humid and cold comforts me a lot.

A country I would like to visit

 

Hello everyone, today I will talk about a country I would like to visit. I've been wanting to visit Holland for a long time, even though it's currently called "Kingdom of the Netherlands". I don't know why I have always liked this country, but I think it is because it is very quiet and has wonderful landscapes that make me want to go there.

I know more than usual about its political form of government because last semester I did a work about it, so in summary it is governed by a parliamentary structure that, from what i know, works quite well in this country.

I think that one of the things I want to do the most when I visit this country is to visit the Anne Frank house, because it is a book that I really liked when I read it and I also think that you can learn more about the historical events that occurred in the second World War.

The truth is that I have never thought about working, studying or living in this country, so far I only plan to visit it one day, although I do think it would be interesting to study there for a while, but a maximum of one semester.

POST 10 >> SOME REFLECTIONS...

Hello everyone, I think is a bit complicated to talk about this, I think I don't have things very clear to start thinking about categorizing the things that have happened to me in 2020, but I'm going to try.

I probably feel that everything that happens to me is good, so I don't know if I can mention specific things, I think I'm lucky that I have a good relationship with my family, because there are people who really don't get along with their families and I think with quarantine this is much more complex.

I also get along quite well with my friends, we have not lost communication but it is not necessary to always talk to each other, the moment we talk or if the other needs it there will be no problem.

Perhaps one of the things that has not turned out so well for me is that it is much more difficult for me to concentrate for university, I feel that when I study, I am not as efficient as I feel I could be, although I do not think that it only happens to me, I think probably most of us are in similar situations.

Maybe one of my achievements could be that I have never gotten this far saving for something, and I am about to reach the goal to buy the bass I wanted some years ago. Another thing that I would like to mention is that I think I have grown at least a little "spiritually" (this is not really the concept I want but I don't know how to put it in another way), for example I think that before I judged people a lot and because of In fact, something very valuable that I have learned is that we are mirrors, it took me a lot to process that information, and although this is thanks to many factors, one of them is meditation.

POST 9 >> MY FAVORITE BOOK

Hello everyone, well as usual, I don't really have a favorite author or book, but I really like Pedro Lembel, I think I think was an incredible, poetic and unique person who continues to have an influence to this day, his way of expressing himself and verbalizing so many things is really incredible. I think it is almost impossible to read a book by him and it has not impacted you in any way.
On the other hand, if I had to choose one book it would probably be "Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe" by Benjamin Alire Sáenz. It is a book that falls into the "youth" category but that anyone can actually read and talks about two friends who experience what we understand by puberty, rather how it is that we are forming our own reality and conception of life.
The truth is that I do not like a specific type of book, I think I can read everything, but probably what I have read the most so far are youth books, in fact the last book I read was "Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe"for the second time, and was amazing beacause it was a long time ago that I read it, and of course I recommend it, however I think I have not read many books throughout my life so I consider myself a bit ignorant on the subject.

POST 8 >> A SUBJECT I'VE ENJOYED STUDYING THIS SEMESTER

It is difficult but I think that one of the subject that I have enjoyed the most is the Metodología de la Investigación de la Administración Pública and I think that I like it due to many factors that finally allow you as a student to learn and enjoy the process. 

First I like for the teacher, because he does things that not many teachers do is to link the subject directly with the Public Administration of today, because generally, at the beginning of each class, apart from asking how we are one by one (which I very much appreciate), there is talk of the national contingency and why it is being done wrong (by the government) and what can be done to improve it. It is also very flexible and comprehensive with the works delibery dates and with the situations of each student.

Also in the subject you learn how to do research, where to start, what you should do, how to approach it, etc., which I think is very interesting because it is also what allows us to know how to make a public policy, since clearly there must be well-founded support for why you think a specific public policy should be implemented.

Basically I think it is a very interesting subject that will serve us well in the future.
